Since most financial transactions are processed instantly through our banking and payment partners, cancellations are generally not possible once a transaction has been successfully initiated.

Most transactions on GarudPay are processed instantly and, therefore, cannot be cancelled once they have been initiated.

  • The requested service was not successfully delivered.
  • The transaction is confirmed as failed by the respective bank or service provider.

Refund Timeline

Refunds generally take 3 to 7 working days, depending upon the respective bank or service provider. Certain services may require additional processing time.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect beneficiary details were entered.
  • Wrong account number or mobile number was provided.
  • The transaction was successfully completed.
  • The customer violated platform policies.

Banking Compliance

All refunds are processed strictly in accordance with RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and the policies of the respective payment partners.
